Depending on the structure of your facility you may only be authorized to perform certain tasks in the portal. You may need to confer with your superiors to determine which role you should request.
If approved, you will receive an email with your profile and password information. If not approved, you may need to speak with your superiors about what role you should perform and/or confirm the necessary information is correct.
The roles available are as follows:
To create your profile, you will need the current policy number and GSI number
- Master Role: Manage both policy, billing and claims information
- Billing Role: Manage only policy and billing information
- Claims Role: Manage only claims information
